2.1 Ownership & Licenses: Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site, including (but not limited to) text, designs, layouts, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Zikman Audio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2.2 Prohibited Use: Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law or with our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability
4.1 Indirect & Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, partners, employees, or representatives shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, inability to use the Site, or reliance on any information provided through the Site.
4.2 No Guarantee of Availability: We do not warrant that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Custom-Made Products, Orders, Cancellations & Returns

5.1 Handmade & Made to Order
All Zikman cables are individually handcrafted based on the specifications selected by the customer, including (but not limited to) materials, length, connectors, and configuration. Each item is manufactured manually and specifically for the individual customer and is not a standard stock product.

5.2 Order Confirmation & Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm that your cable will be manufactured individually and by hand, according to your selected specifications. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that the product is custom-made and therefore subject to the cancellation and return conditions stated below.

5.3 Cancellations
Order cancellation is possible within 12 hours after payment and only if production has not yet begun. Since each cable is individually manufactured by hand for a specific client, after production has started the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

5.4 Non-Returnable Custom Products
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations related to customized products, items manufactured manually based on individual specifications of the customer are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

5.5 Changes to Configuration
Any modifications (such as length, connectors, or materials) after order confirmation may incur additional charges and are only possible if manual production has not yet started. Acceptance of such changes is at our discretion.

5.6 Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Manufacturing Defects
If a product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect (“dead on arrival”) and this is reported within 7 days of receipt, we will verify the issue and repair or replace the cable. As Zikman cables are manufactured manually, minor cosmetic variations may occur and are not considered defects. Return shipping costs for verified DOA products are covered by us.

5.7 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
6.1 Applicable Law: These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6.2 Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lithuania for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms
7.1 Updates & Revisions: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site.
7.2 Continued Use: Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
