Zikman Arno – Hybrid Copper & Gold-Plated Silver Cable

Zikman Arno is a hybrid audiophile cable designed for those who seek deep musicality, high resolution, and a naturally fluid presentation. It features an 8-wire 4+4 configuration, where each signal path is built on its own dedicated conductor group: the high-purity copper core forms a rich, full-bodied, and stable tonal foundation, while the gold-plated silver adds transparency, speed, airiness, and a gentle golden shimmer to the upper frequencies. This separation reduces crosstalk and allows each metal to express its character without mutual coloration, resulting in a smooth and well-balanced signal transmission.

Each conductor is made using a litz-type structure of ultra-thin 0.05 mm wires, minimizing resistance and micro-vibrations. We measure resistance for every conductor in all models; however, Arno includes resistance-matching across all cores—offered by default and at no extra cost as part of our custom division. This precise adjustment aligns the electrical parameters of each channel, stabilizes the soundstage, enhances system coherence, and creates a more unified and consistent sonic presentation.

This architecture allows Arno to reproduce complex musical layers without compression, preserving natural dynamics and high resolution. Arno easily reveals intricate arrangements, forms a wide and airy stage with precise spatial positioning, and maintains fine detail without harshness. The sound remains natural and textural: upper mids are smooth and even, treble is clean without excessive shine, and bass remains tight, articulated, and structurally complete. The cable is ideal for listeners who appreciate not only technical performance but also musical integrity. It does not alter the inherent tonal character of the earphones—it reveals depth and expressiveness often hidden behind stock cables. It works especially well with multi-driver hybrid and BA IEMs, improving instrument separation and highlighting natural timbre, while keeping the original tonal balance intact.

A distinctive part of the design is the AECO tellurium-copper plug with a 10-micron gold plating—one of the thickest protective coatings in the industry. This ensures stable contact, durability, and clean signal transfer, while tellurium copper preserves low resistance and sonic transparency. Gold adds subtle smoothness and richness, reinforcing Arno’s signature character. On request, a custom option is available: pure-gold inlays of the letters “ZI” on the splitter and the Zikman emblem on the plug—an individual detail emphasizing uniqueness and premium status. The connector becomes a meaningful sonic and aesthetic element supporting the cable’s overall architecture.
